Reverse Raise (Pec Deck)

Notes:

Pull shoulder blades together and slow down the movement to intensify the exercise!

Step 1

Sit facing the rest pad on the Pec Deck machine.
Place elbows on the arm pads, at shoulder level.

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Pull elbows back to full contraction.
Slowly return to start position.
