What Are The Physical Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure?

Unfortunately, there are not many physical symptoms of high blood pressure. Some people feel dizziness or light-headed, some get head-aches. Other than that, there are usually 2 ways that people find out they have high blood pressure:

  • They go for a medical check-up
  • They have a heart attack
