Tricep Extension, Lying (Dumbell)

Notes:

Move at the elbow joint only. You can then be sure that the tricep is doing all the work!

Step 1

Sit on end of bench then lay back so head rests on the end of the bench.
Point elbow up and have Dumbell near head.
Have palm facing up.

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Push dumbell up until elbow is fully extended.
Maintain body position on bench.
Upper arm remains vertical to floor.
Slowly lower to start position.
