With £10,000 at stake and a spa holiday for two in a Loch Lomond hotel, the last weigh in gets under way.
As each of the 12 people, who had been eliminated, entered the room for the moment of truth, I couldn`t help admiring the dedication each and every one must have put into their efforts, to acheive such fantastic results. The person to lose the highest percentage of weight would win the holiday for two.

Words fail me! As each of the final 4 ripped their way through the images of themselves at the beginning of the series, my jaw dropped lower and lower. First Sadie, then Maria. They both looked wonderful. Next Carol; Wow! She was beautiful. What a transformation! Finally, Kevin. I know I predicted a win for this determined character, but I was completely blown away! He lost a Whopping 9st 6lbs, a full 40% of his body weight! Kev. Your the man!!

Kevin says he owes his life to Angie and Richard but, at the end of the day Kevin, although they undoubtedly played a large part, it was down to your own sheer determination and the young man at home who provided you with the motivation to succeed. Brilliant!
