Biggest Loser UK Series 3 - Week 6 Elimination Minimize

As predicted last time, Mark was shown tne door by his team mates. Unfortunately, his plea to stay did nothing to help his cause. He rubbed them up the wrong way when he suggested that they all needed his presence in the team to succeed in their quest. Not a good move Mark! Still, all the best in the real world.

Week 7
Richard cant believe that his group has dispelled Mark, leaving them with an uphill struggle for the weigh in at the end of week 7.
At the start of this week there are mixed blessings for the black team. Its a big morale boost for them that the blues have lost Mark but a bit of a disaster that Kevin is down and out, for the time being, with a back injury.

Training
Its a case of Kev`s angels to the rescue now. Carol, Maria and Sadie will have to pull out all the stops to shed the pounds they need to stay top of the loser board.
There`s friction in the blue team as Katey misses a training session. Lisa doesn`t think she puts enough effort in due to her busy day "eating and sleeping". Jamie would prefer Lisa to stay quiet rather than airing her views about other team members.- You need to stay focused guys, all this bickering will end in tears!
Although Kevin has been confined to rest, he left his sick bed to support his "angels", but Angie sent him back. We now have Angie`s angels. Boy did those girls work hard. Believe it or not, Sadie was actually smokin`. The steamy mist was rising from her forehead. This team is totally in the zone.
Richard picked up the pace for his team with some serious action. Even Lisa was so focused, she didn`t utter a sound during training. Perhaps they can come together now that Mark has gone, and work as a team.

Trekking
As wk6`s biggest loser, Carol was sent on the weekly trekk to find the instructions she would have to deliver to the rest of the losers. This is always an anxious time for everyone as they don`t know what they`re going to get. Could be good. Could be bad! This time its kind of ok. Carol has to nominate someone from either team to get a workout with their own trainer. The dilemma is:- whoever she chooses could add an extra pound or two to their weight loss this week, so giving their team an edge over their rivals. Picking a member of her own team would make sense. On the other hand, her daughter Katey, belongs to the opposing side. Where will her loyalties lie? A true competitor, she plumps for Sadie, one of her own team. Sadie is thrilled and makes the most of her time with Angie.

Birthday Bash
This week, Carol celebrates her 46th birthday in style. Much to everyone`s delight; yes, even the boys, they were going to be treated to a makeover. Professionals were brought in to re-style their hair, make-up and fashion sense. The results were fantastic but, in particular, Carol and Michaela looked stunning. Party treats were enjoyed by all; low calorie of course, and it didn`t end there. A knock at the door started a succession of loved ones who came to join the party, starting with Carol`s husband. It was a great day for everyone but once over it was back to business.

In the run up to the challenge, the trainers took their team members for a warm up. Richard decided to utilise his dancing expertise to get the hearts thumping, with some funky hip hop moves. What a mover Katey  turned out to be. She certainly wasn`t at the back of the queue when they were dishing out rhythm. Jamie wasn`t bad either. Best not mention Micheala; she kinda tried!
Angie, on the other hand, put her girls through a football training session and sent Kev to the gym to do some cycling. She didn`t want to risk aggravating his back injury.

Week 7 Challenge - Push Me, Pull Me
Whichever team loses this challenge will automatically say goodbye to the member with the lowest weight loss at the weigh in. The doc. declared Kevin fit enough to participate, much to the relief of the blacks.
On arriving at the venue, it didn`t take long for everyone to figure out what they would be doing. The various modes of transport and the slight incline in the road had them guessing, correctly, that they would be, somehow, pushing or pulling the vehicles. Two of these vehicles were 7 ton trucks. Rather you than me folks!
Each team needed two drivers to steer and two people to load tyres in and out of these monsters. There was also a car and a people carrier for each team. They started with the car, loading it with tyres then pushing it to the people carrier. They unloaded the tyres and put them into the people carrier. Then..... Oh, you get the picture! They ended with the truck which was then pulled to the finishing line. After much grunting and groaning the race was finally over. Once again, the black team really put their backs into it and team work was the order of the day. Kev and Angie`s angels were triumphant! Black team win.
Jamie was definitely not amused. He`s convinced Lisa is the cause of their lack of team spirit. Katey is a worried girl. This could mean the end of the line for her. She`s really got to up her game now.
Next time - can Katey win immunity in the temptation game?
