The most important factor when trying to improve the number of chin-ups performed is perseverance. Continue to do them and you will increase your repetitions!

Step 1

Hold bar with shoulder width pronated grip, arms fully extended.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Pull up until your chin is level with the bar.
Slowly lower to starting position.
