Hayley Lewis
Hayley is a former Australian swimming champion, mother, and host of The Biggest Loser.
While Hayley Lewis is now instantly recognised as the host of the Biggest Loser, she will always be remembered as the 15-year-old who swam her way to five gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in Auckland, 1990. Hayley took her athletic accomplishments a step further the next year, winning the 200m freestyle at the World Championships in Perth.
After her swimming career, and following the birth of her first child Jacob in 1998, Hayley became the main spokesperson in Australia for Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centres. She worked tirelessly to set an example to young mothers everywhere with her resolute determination to get lose weight and get healthy – and return to her sporting love: Swimming.
Hayley’s return to swimming in May 2000 led to victory in the 800m freestyle at the Olympic trials and won her a much sought-after spot on the Australian swim team – the third Olympic team place of her career. In 2001 in the World Swimming Championships in Japan Hayley competed in three events and won the bronze medal in the 5km open water event. Although now retired Hayley is still Australian 5km and 10km open water champion.
Success has been Hayley’s both in and out of the pool. She has managed and been involved with several successful business ventures since retirement, and is presently owner of Brisbane based home wares store ‘Coming Up Roses’. She also commentated on the Manchester XVII Commonwealth Games.
Her strong dedication to health and fitness, as well as her compassion, has made Hayley an integral part of The Biggest Loser experience, and an ongoing inspiration to both viewers and contestants.

Michelle Bridges
Michelle Bridges is one of Australias most easily recognised media and fitness personalities. In the past she spent many years working for Les Mills Asia Pacific as a trainer of fitness instructors and as a Les Mills International Master Trainer. She has trained literally thousands of instructors all the world over.
After much persistence Michelle got her first break in media when, in 2002, she conceived, wrote and performed fitness segments for Mornings with Kerri Anne on TCN Nine.
In 2006 Michelle was offered the part of the red team trainer in Channel Ten's ratings smash hit The Biggest Loser. She is also a distinguished published author, with 'Crunch Time', published by Penguin, being her most notably title. Michelle is an ambassador for the RSPCA and the National Heart Foundation.
Michelle is known for her ability to get the best out of people through skilfull motivation.

Shannan Ponton
Shannan has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. His expertise includes extensive experience and knowledge in exercise, fitness, nutrition, health, people management and the media. His experience includes developing innovative personal training, fitness, motivational and general life solutions to individuals, companies and teams. He has guided people at state, national and international level.
Shannan is renowned for “the unexpected”, frequently incorporating fresh approaches to achieve maximum results. His specialties include boxing, kickboxing, spin, swimming, martial arts, circuit and weight training. Shannan is also known for his ability to get more from people — pushing them harder than they could ever have conceived.
Shannan returned to The Biggest Loser in 2009 as fitness trainer and mentor for the Blue Team. The 2009 winner (Bob) came from Shannan’s team.
