At the end of week four, the fate of Miriam and Sadie hung in the balance. Who would the group decide to eliminate?

As we enter week 5 the losers are faced with a very difficult decision. Despite tremendous efforts in their training sessions, Sadie and Miriam failed to stay above the all important yellow line on the weigh-loss board resulting in one of them having to be ousted. How could the other teams possible choose between these two popular girls?

The Grey Team (orignally I thought they where the White Team.. maybe their shirts needed a wash!!!) of Dave and Jamie, really struggled to choose as Dave had been training with both girls in Angie's team.

Carol and Katey, of the Green Team, felt they should make their decision based on effort whil, the Pink Girls, thought that Sadie's three times below the line, was more than enough chances.

Mark and Kevin (Brown Team) were uncertain. Could it be that Mark has ulterior motives for save a certain "Orange" lady who goes by the name of Miriam? I've always considered that orange and brown go well together!

Eventually the pondering was over and the results were in. By 3 votes to 1 - Miriam to go.

Everyone said their goodbyes and Miriam announced that she would continue the good work and be reduced to a sylph like twelve stone by their next meeting. I have no doubt she'll succeed. As for here relationship with Mark? She says "Who knows what the future holds!"

"Black" Cloud hangs over loser mansion.

In an evil little twist, it was put to the remaining losers that they would no longer remain in coloured pairs, but would be split into two teams:- Black and Blue. Guess who will head the Black team? You got it - Angie.

Fear ran through the ranks as they contemplated the possibility of training with this no-nonsense, only maximum effort will do, lady. So depp was their terror that Maria and Michaela vowed to leave if they were picked by Angie. Carol wasn't overly happy either but she tried to rally everyone, while Sadie actually praised the trainers methods. Of course, we can't forget the problems that Jamie had in week 4 resulting in his transfer to Richards team, so no surprise that he was more than worried.

Angie and Richard picked their new teams - alternating one at a time. This is the result: -

As you can see above, all Richards team are happy but there are mixed emotions in Angies team.

I'm sure that, once everyone realised the trainers have their best interests at heart, they'll knuckle down and give one hundered percent.

Angie really believes in her new team and is determined they will "annihilate" the Blue team. GAME ON!
