150g uncooked spaghetti
3 medium tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 Tablespoon of capers, drained
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
black pepper
fresh basil leaves, shredded
handful of chopped brown onion
Step 1
Cook spaghetti following packet directions.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl with the olive oil, capers, garlic, lemon juice, chilli sauce, olives, pepper and basil.
Step 3
Drain the spaghetti and return to its saucepan. Add the tomato combination to it and stir through. Serve hot or warm.
