I am not superfit yet tend to have a slow pulse rate (normally around 56 - 60 at rest). I have several of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD's: the 1,2 and 3 mile workouts and the Walk and Jog. WATP is a great beginners exercise, but you can also rev it up a bit by adding hand weights or increasing your pace. just bought Core secrets not quite sure if I like it , it explains the exercises but not much of a workout

I was certain that Chocaholic had started one of these but I can't find it for the life of me, so I thought I should start one myself! So everyone please post reviews of dvds/ videos you've done so we know what to buy next time we're in the market!
