I have the WATP 1,2,3 and 4 mile ones. The first 3 are great, espec the first for people starting out, They are very low impact, and the ength of time increases obviously with the distance, but when you strart out that is what you want. I have several of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD's: the 1,2 and 3 mile workouts and the Walk and Jog. WATP is a great beginners exercise, but you can also rev it up a bit by adding hand weights or increasing your pace.
