OK, I have a few!
I have the WATP 1,2,3 and 4 mile ones. The first 3 are great, espec the first for people starting out, They are very low impact, and the ength of time increases obviously with the distance, but when you strart out that is what you want. just bought Core secrets not quite sure if I like it , it explains the exercises but not much of a workout
