    I have several of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds DVD's: the 1,2 and 3 mile workouts and the Walk and Jog.  WATP is a great beginners exercise, but you can also rev it up a bit by adding hand weights or increasing your pace.  Essentially all the steps are walking/marching steps - back, forwards, sideways and on the spot.  They ...

    I have Bobs biggest loser DVD and 2 of Jillians biggest winner DVDs just bought Core secrets not quite sure if I like it , it explains the exercises but not much of a workout
