    new gym member

Since BL I have been inspired to join a local gym and now also have a pesonal training program for myself. It is fabulous and I would recommend a personal trainer to anyone.

    Welcome Lillylinda!

I also think that personal trainers are great (never thought I would say that).  They help encourage, motivate you along the way when your feeling like you want to give up.  They provide you with the assistance of targeting certain area's to help build strength and try to eliminate fat.  My personal trainer is great, she knows that if a certain exercise is hurting (physically rather me being lazy) then she will target other zones.

Half joined a gym.  The paper work is done, just waiting until my fortnightly pay gets processed so I can just hand over the money and set up billing stuff.  Aim to be booked in for my first session this Monday.

    Looking forward to it too.
