Just wondering what type of exercises i could do to work on tightening my stomach and my "Love handles"... At the moment it's quite flabby, and i can't afford a gym... I was thinking sit-ups, but they don't really work on the sides... At the moment my exercise consists of around 30 mins of walking a day. It's not that much, but i'm thinking of working some small exercises into my daily routine, like some push-ups and whatever will help stomach. I've never really been much of an exercise person, so all this stuff is new to me, and i don't really know what i should do...
Any Ideas?
