I will suggest that Sam is the person to beat.

 

He still has weight to lose.

 

He is young.

 

Males seem to lose the weight faster than women.

 

However being young he may not be as disciplined and focused as what may be ideal.

I don't mind who wins this year - I like all 3 Finalists! I'm  thinking  either Sam or Kristen, probably. I don't think Alison will win, but I'm sure she'll do really well and look fantastic. I can't wait to see all of them, actually - might inspire me! It will be really interesting to see the contestants who had to do it by themselves in the real world, too. Alison

Yeah, Sean was UNrecognisable - AMAZING! So you liked Sheridan, kaz? She just annoyed me, so I didn't pay much attention!!! I thought Alison looked the most incredible - I didn't think she'd get such fabulous results.....hmm...must be in the name   Alison

I've been very busy with work, plus doing the final proof of the book this weekend. Goes to print on Monday and released in September. Although, I'll probably have copies available on here before then
