the final four and the returned contestants!

On Tuesday comes the usual event train the trainers lets see the paces
that Michelle and Shannan are put through! Will they take revenge on them
for their workouts!
Wednesday and a temptation with the final reward that everyone wants
a place in the series final!
Who will win the temptation again we have one with Financial gain!

how far have those contestants come from their first day out there
