We also find out that someone has been swapping the diet chocolate sauce with the full strength chocolate sauce variety! Will this cost someones place in the house???? ***I was surprised to see the added extra food they can have bought into the house there would be no way that i would be ordering tim tams and chocolate sauce on a diet especially at such a crucial stage of the game! But then look what Allison said we order it so the Red Team can eat it..but then again i guess its made out to be as close to what it would be like at home with all the normal temptations around us...so whose got their claws out on this one??? It all comes down to the chocolate sauce!!!!!

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
Well, maybe THAT'S why Gary put on 1.5kg - too much chocolate sauce!!!! Serves him right, he shouldn't be eating it, anyway!!! Alison

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
oh don't get me wrong i agree completely - thinking you were drinking the diet version and saving probably around 200 calories in the process and not even contemplating that someone would switch it, it's really just plain nasty. we've seen this deceitful side of sam on many occasions - he thinks it's funny & just mucking around, but he doesn't realise that he's messing with people's lives. and this again just highlights his immaturity. it would be a shame to see cosi be eliminated because of a deceit like this. i hope kb does pull the rug out or that sam DOES own up and insist it is he who should leave. you can't trust people like that, and the bottom line is, you need support, not sabotage, in order to reach successes within your weightloss journey.

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
the impression i got from the show is that the producers knew it was happening would have thought for the integrity of the game they would have stopped it before any consumption was done maybe im expecting too much...

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
How many diet products are indistinguishable for the full fat, full sugar and full calorie versions? How much chocolate topping should people in an extreme weight loss contest eat? After all Cosi is an angelic saint who has never participated in gamesmanship! If this contest isn’t all about the money he has reached his goal weight and is now so healthy and happy what more would he want? Realistically it would seem that you can’t be the biggest loser every week.

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
Sam IS young and immature, but he should have learnt by now that the people he is in there with are not, and restrained himself, At the very least, it was good to see him feeling so bad, and the justification is guilt, should be interesting to see what happens tonight. Have to say, I am also irked by Cosi and the bowl of nuts. It may be blatant and people would KNOW what they were doing, but it is a subtle form of sabotage, too!
Caution: Sarcastic and Cynical!!!

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
Yep, what he did was deceitful, and nasty - like the (not) eating the Jaffas trick - I guess you DO just have to put it down to immaturity. I'm with you, kaz, I never would have imagined that kind of stuff happening - in "normal" life, you just wouldn't go around doing that, obviously, but maybe the intensity of The Game, and a bit of White House cabin fever is getting them. No excuse, though, he shouldn't have done it! Cosi is also guilty of sabotage, I agree, Jane, but prob not quite as bad as Sam. What bugs me, is the HUGE deal they made of it - it was the focus of 3/4 of the show, going back & forth btw Sam's various admissions and comments, showing him doing it, showing Cosi drinking the shake, and then carrying on about it over & over in the weigh-in room. Who knows whether or not one of the production team suggested it in the first place???????!!!!!!! He certainly felt guilty, and was in a bit of a pickle, fretting and freaking out a bit. I do agree, ak, that he should tell Cosi what he did. Maybe KB WILL decide to got for the bigger threat in Sam.....an interesting night coming up, I think! Alison

If you are going to be completely ruthless if the weight to lose is the way to gauge a threat then Garry is the one that must be eliminated. They should keep Sam and then hope Garry is under the yellow line next week. If Sam stays they should be able to rely on his loyalty and providing Garry is under next week they will not be voted off. Game theory assumes the game is only played once but here this is not the case.

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
Alison and Kirsten are accomplices after the fact, as they seem to have been aware (and possibly Garry too) that Sam had mixed full calorie into the diet topping. They could've guided Sam as well, that the *right* thing to do is fess up, regardless of how Cosi has conducted himself and whether he deserves it or not. I think it's without a doubt that if Cosi had known that it was full strength topping, he would have done without the shake rather than risk the calorie intake. I'm not a Cosi fan by any means but if it was the switcheroo that caused him to be below the yellow line, then I almost feel sorry for him. The TV Week hints that after the elimination tonight it's down to four contestants but not for long...which could imply that someone else leaves, or could be referring to the opening for two challengers to return. Either way, they've only got a couple more weeks to get to a final three because Big Brother wants that timeslot!!

Re: Sneaks in the Kitchen
I must admit big brother makes me feel very old and conservative. But I do wonder at times are people really that stupid?

Just to clarify, just in case anyone has the wrong impression, I don't watch it either, but people do (maybe in secret and don't admit it!) or else it wouldn't get the airtime it does.
