Question re Terms & Conditions of the meal and exercise site

Hi there

I wanyed to register with the free exercise and meal planning site and everywhere it says it's free except in the Term & Conditions where it says somehting about one yearly payment. Can someone please explain to me if it is free or not?

Sorry, yes it is free, but we use the same Terms and Conditions as the paid version.
