    Back on Track again!  Banana

    Foot is all better, only a tiny bit sore now basically just aches a bit. I'm so glad coz now I can get back to my goals!!!

    Yesterday went for an hour walk and played indoor netball (seriously think I sweated off 2kgs!!!! LOL)

    Yesterdays food:

    • Porrigde for breakfast
    • Pear fruit cup
    • Toasted chilli chicken, tomato, cheese and onion turkish bread
    • Mixed seafood plate (out for dinner 4 Valentines)
    • water
    • 3 Corona's

    Will weigh myself on Monday!

    Went for 1 hour walk this morning.

    Was naughty and didn't have breakfast first time I ate was at lunch which I had moussaka (sp) a customer who is a chef made us lunch!!! Then I had an apple and some devon slices with tomato sauce. Steamed dim sims! Water and am yet to have dinner!

    Can't wait for light and easy to be delivered on Tuesday!!!! My eating is crap without it!

    Went away for the weekend up to the Hawksbury river. Was nice and relaxing!!

    TUESDAY 20th FEB 

    Breakfast had porridge

    Lunch had seafood noodle soup.......was delicious!!

    Apple

    Water

    Spaghetti bolognaise for dinner

    The only exercise I did yesterday was with my eyes.....lol watching my BF play touch football!!

    will be better on WED!! And get moving again!!

    Oh and didn't stay up late watching prison break!!! 1 out of 7, 6 to go!!!

    WEDNESDAY 21st FEB

    • pikelets
    • strawberry yoghurt
    • cheese and biscuits
    • 200g hokkien noodles with vegies and chicken
    • corn fritters with spicy salsa
    • scotch fillet steak with new potatoes and corn on the cob

    Back on lite and easy, which I am so glad as like I said b4 my eating was so crap without L&E so hopefully go back to dropping those Kg's again!

    Played netball tonight for 50mins. Was so hot inside hopefully I sweated of a few extra kilos......lol. Well one can only hope huh!!!

    THURSDAY 22nd FEB

    • Egg, tomato, and melted cheese on multigrain bread
    • BBQ popcorn
    • Orange
    • Banana bran muffin
    • Ham, cheese omelette
    • Pineapple supreme pizza (yes it is light & easy!)
    • Crumbed fish with vegies
    • Water

    Had quite a bit more water than I normally do which is GOOD! Had over 2lts maybe even close to 2.5lts

    Started swimming again this morning. Did 20 laps.

    Natzjax Goals

     I don't know how things changed, I know they definately didn't change overnight.....lol. But there used to be a time where I didn't really like food. As a young kid I always only ate until I was full. Now as I am older (much much older) I just eat because of the love of food.

    So time to change again.......

    So I Thought I'd write on my journal what my goals are!   I really need to focus so If I read it everyday I have more of a chance of sticking to it!!

    1. To get fit for netball which starts 21st April. So I have 2 months to get fitter. Which also includes not looking terrible in our terrible (lol) uniforms
    2. To lose at least 40kgs. But Anything over 15kg would be a bonus!
    3. My small goal (7 day challenge) Is to not stay up late watching prison break..............Hard as I am a night owl.....lol!
    4. To be healthier than the last few christmas's - I'm giving myself til xmas to achieve my long term goal of a 40kg loss!
    5. Sticking to healthy eating and exercising.
    6. Sticking to all my goals

    As everyone knows you feel so much better within yourself when you start to exercise and eat healthy. I know I do and when I go and eat junk food I wonder why the hell I did eat the crap for in the 1st place. LOL

    • Muffin with peanut butter

    • bacon and egg pie with salad
    • water
    • 1 smirnoff red

    Swimming, did 20 laps. 10 breastroke 10 freestyle alternate. Had time in the steam room and sauna and spa.

    SATURDAY 24th AND SUNDAY 25th FEB

    This weekend I ate what I wanted to.....didn't eat real bad but didn't eat real good either!

    But did do exercise, went swimming both days didn't do laps was way to busy to try and do any. Just basically jumped around, walked in pool that sort of stuff. Also played action ball tonight.We won!

    Going to weigh myself in morning if I can find the scales.......lol. Not sure where they are!!

    Well I am having trouble with my lap top. It keeps having a major crash. I'll be in the middle of something and the screen will just go blue and turn off. When it starts up again it says it has recovered from a serious problem.

    So I did post Mondays but it crashed, I couldn't be bothered doing it again but I was just saying that I ate well and did my laps of swimming ONLY had time for 18 laps

    TUESDAY 27th FEB

    • Cereal with milk
    • piece of toast with peanut butter
    • green apple
    • chicken spaghetti
    • small bread roll with cheese
    • nectarine
    • muesli cookie
    • baked fish with vegies, mashed potato and small amount of pasta
    • water

    Swimming did 20 freestyle laps and did about 8 walking laps and gosh was my legs sore!!!!!! But no pain no gain right!!!!

    WEDNESDAY 28th FEB

    Started today off really well, but then as the night went on it went down hill from there! LOL

    DID my 20 freestyle laps in the morning, and then had time for a spa.

    Eating was good until dinner time when after I had plan on having no more than 6 beers, But somwhere after the 8th one I didn't want to cook so a group of us decided to get pizza! Well told myself I was only going to have 3 pieces but when you have had a few too many beers that doesn't seem to happen. So not sure how many I actually had but I definately had more than 3!!!! Think it might be time to stop drinking for another month again like I did in January.

    So here is what my eating was:

    • 2 piklets
    • grain cereal with milk
    • green apple
    • salad with chilli tuna
    • piece of toast with strawberry jam
    • small bread roll with peanut butter
    • PIZZA!!!!
    • Coronas x 10 (just guessing here)
    • 1 vodka and red bull
    • 2 smirnoff reds

    I was going home after 6 coronas but as you can see that didn't happen!!! LOL

    So needless to say I didn't go to the pool today (Thursday) Slept in as I needed to! Went to bed at 4am this morning!

    ***** am picking myself up of the floor and back on the wagon*****

    hey,

    just reading some of your posts, be glad your hooked on prison break and not 24 Big Smile it doesn't start until after prison break Sleep 

    dont worry about the beers etc... today is a new day. i wouldn't do it two nights in a row though Big Smile

    Hi Ken,

    Yeah Drinking 2 days in a row would be bad!!! But It's ok now as I have got the whole have a beer thing out of my system. I was hanging for a drink on Saturday but I looked after my nephew and then I wanted a beer on Sunday but I play action ball, so it wouldn't have been a good idea......lol.

    The only other bad thing about having a drink is the next day as well, well for me it is. You see I don't get up till late then by the time I end up eating it's half the day gone. And I eat really bad food (I had hot chips!)  it's not helping the healthy eating so it's not only 1 day it's 2 days. But It's over now and time to start with the healthy eating and exercise again!!

    Reducing the grog can be a challenge it seems the stop at six plan didn’t work perhaps you need to try to stop at 3 and see how you go.
