    5 tips from Michelle

    1 FIND TIME

Get out your diary and sit down and get really serious about time that you can commit to exercise!

Everyone always says they are too busy but Michelles comeback for that is "do you think your as busy

as the Prime Minister of Australia" he exercises an hour every morning!

Set your alarm for one hour earlier and get up and do it, once the day gets going you will find it hard to fit it in!

    2 MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Mark a time during the day and set it aside for an appointment for yourself, when someone says to you

"i need you to stay back afterwork or can you do this at lunchtime" just tell them you cant because you have an

appointment!, you dont have to tell them what the appointment is!

3 FIND OUT WHAT YOU LIKE

Theres no point exercising and doing what you absouletely hate, because it will be a chore!

If you like swimming swim if you like the beach go down there for a walk or jog in the sand!

    4 THINK ABOUT SPORT

We often play sport during school and forget about it as adults!

There are so many sporting opportunities for adults....baseball, hockey, netball, touch footy,

soccer! Why not join up and play in a team!

    5 GO HARD!

If you and your walking buddy are walking around the block gassbagging about what you did on

the weekend or about what is going to happen! It just isnt going to happen for you!

You have to work with intensity...Things like yoga and pilates are good and all have their place

but if thats all your doing it wont be enough!

You have got to sweat and huff and puff and go to places that might be a little uncomfortable for you!

And at the end of the day you wont regret it when you see the kilos coming off so GET TRAINING!

Some good points. I don't totally agree with the 5th one though. I think 'gasbagging' can make you're training much more fun and social at the start, which means you'll stick to it. Save the 'Go Hard' mentality for when you make it a permanent part of your lifestyle.
