Thank you, I find cardio difficult with a large chest... I think its the less impact of weights that attracts me...Whilst its slower, with cardio I would dread working out and make excuses, but with the gym, so far I have been everyday and am increasing the length and strength slowly but surely. So I guess even if its slower, if I am more likely to stick with it, better? And hopefully once it starts to change my shape I will find cardio easier or less uncomfortable and knock the rest off that way. Worth a try. Cheers, Kate.
