Having blood clots is so painful...i feel for her totally as i know where she is coming from!
I have the gene that produces blood clots and didnt know about it till recently...It all started
when i had dvt (deep vein thrombosis) i had three major veins in my right leg blocked full of
clots and let me tell you it was so painful ...i was put on the anti coagulants and had to stay
on them for six months then had another ultra sound and the clots were gone!!! In the time
you have to have blood tests 3 to 5 times a week to watch your levels so they can adjust the
medication to suit!!! Its a long and painful road to be on and wearing those ted stockings are
so hard to get on and off and expensive my long pair cost over $200...But at least she found out
before too late cause when they start to travel anything can happen!!! I wish Sam all the very
best on her road to recovery!!!!
