As some of you would already know, Adro and I have been working on our own training DVD series. Adro's doing the exercises and I'm doing the program design (also the filming and editing LOL).
The first DVD will have a feature that is very new to exercise DVD design. I won't say too much yet but basically it will allow you to have a different workout each time you train. Another feature of this one is that you'll need no equipment (other than a TV and DVD player of course!
)
The 2nd DVD I am equally excited about. With everyone keen to exercise along side those in TBL house, I thought I'd design a 12 week plan all on the one DVD, that you can follow along with the show. It starts out easy(ish
) and progressively gets harder as the weeks go on. It won't just be workouts in front of the TV, it'll also be walk/run programs that work in with the DVD.
Anyway, we'll have a web site up soon letting everyone know about it so stay tuned!
