    Tips and Ideas For Comp Members!

    Hi guys, Just thought I'd put this thread in so that you can all share your ideas for successful weight loss with each other. It could be something as simple as training in the morning so you don't make up an excuse not to do it!

    Teams don't matter with this one, let's support each other and increase the success of the whole group!

    Great idea Ray!!

    Yes training in the morning has certainly made me stick to it.  I am doing it every morning, and then it's done out the way for the day.  By the time I finish work all I want to do is go home and put my feet up.  Before I dreaded doing my exercise cause after work I just couldn't be fagged, and usually made some lame excuse to myself to get out of it. 

    Now I get up and off I go with enthusiasm and it makes me feel so much better for the whole day because I know I've done it!

    Another tip I have found handy for myself, I have some homemade vegie soup late arvo around 4:30ish and it has cut down my portion size at dinner time.  I've been so used to eating not alot during the day and having a big meal at night, this has helped me to break that cycle.
