Yes training in the morning has certainly made me stick to it. I am doing it every morning, and then it's done out the way for the day. By the time I finish work all I want to do is go home and put my feet up. Before I dreaded doing my exercise cause after work I just couldn't be fagged, and usually made some lame excuse to myself to get out of it.
Now I get up and off I go with enthusiasm and it makes me feel so much better for the whole day because I know I've done it!
Another tip I have found handy for myself, I have some homemade vegie soup late arvo around 4:30ish and it has cut down my portion size at dinner time. I've been so used to eating not alot during the day and having a big meal at night, this has helped me to break that cycle.
