Ludacris: I bought this book today, I have yet to read it but have flicked htrough.
I have a question.
Alot of the recipes in there appear to be high in fat. Am I missing something here, or is it Saturated fat content I should be looking at.
I am assuming (and probably making that ass of myself) that the recipes may be fairly low carb/low GI. If you follow a low carb diet you eat a bit more fat. It is usually good fats, though. It is really the amount of activity that rules the weight loss, no matter what eating plan you follow, so long as it is a reasobnably healthy one.
