Hi Everyone
I am new to this. I have been struggling with my weight since i was about 17 and seem to put on 2 kilos a year as well as baby weight from when i had my daughter (who is now 3). I just found this site and hoped that reading other peoples struggles and victories might help me get on track and lose the weight i have slowly accumulated. I have lost 4 kilos so far watching what i eat and excercising for half an hour to an hour a day, but i still have 10kgs to go. I work in a restraunt on weekends which doesnt help my eating with all the yummy food on hand but, so i usually have a massive blowout then. I look foward to meeting you all.
