Hi just found this forum, I have been losing weight since middle of May 2006, so far I have lost 55kgs & looking at losing another 10kgs.
I am looking at starting some weight training to build up muscle tone as I have some saggy skin. I currently walk 12-20 kms per week & use exercise bike if weather is bad.
I am wondering as to any suggestions as the best poss weight traing regime I could use, as my brother has a home Gym.
