hmm...I thought this might be a good time to start a vegetarian / vegan thread. Rather than keep adding things everywhere...and following the lines of other threads.
The following is a site that I use for ideas at Christmas. Each year they have a whole meal planner or different ideas.
This year they have two different meals on offer but you can also find past recipes as well on here.
I have made recipes from here and they are great!
