OK, I have a few!
I have the WATP 1,2,3 and 4 mile ones. The first 3 are great, espec the first for people starting out, They are very low impact, and the ength of time increases obviously with the distance, but when you strart out that is what you want. It does not take long to progress to the next one, either. As M2L says. it is great for a rainy day or when you cannot get out with the kids!
I have TBL DVD with Bob. The eye candy is a definite bonus, and when I first got it, his corny little jokes DID relieve the tension as I puffed away! The low impact session has alot of lunges and squats, I find the high impact one better for my dodgy knee. DO stay watching anddo the stretches afterwards, makes you feel great!
Just got a Billy Blanks DVD, Cardio Fat Buster. OK, this one is not so good with a dodgy knee! It is fast paced and as I am very uncoordinated, not very easy. BUT it was still fun and worked me hard! I plan on getting a knee support and then trying it again! This DVD uses resistance bands, but there is a guy not using them to follow (alhtough they don't focus on him, you can see him enough!) which is good, as the DVD does not actually SUPPLY the bands!
Caution: Sarcastic and Cynical!!!
