I had my meal plans worked out by 300 cals less than what I should have, and I needed to add more fruit and veg. My son is 16 and going on this with me, also he gyms so I'll rework our menu plans, as I had his at 1300 cals. I want to do this the healthy way for both of us. What would you suggest for him, he's 100kg but has quite a solid frame, he looks about 85 kg's not 100.
Meanwhile my 2 daughters are skinny as and so I'm buying low fat dairy for us and normal for them, as they are only 7 and 4. Its good for them though as instead of a packet of chips they'll now both get a small bag of popcorn.
