Hi I've only just signed up this morning...a little unsure but I think joining a competition would be good for me..I'm a little competitive!! lol
But is it too late..looks like most people started this a few weeks ago. Would love some info on this..or just a little advice about where to go..

Weight 118.7kg ?why does it have anything to do with my monthly......and my bowel motions are loose; fingers/ hands still puffy and swollen; I am falling asleep during the day too; the afternoons are not good; I seem to run out of poof and have no oomph.
