    Hey Ray I will be emailing you my photo as I will not show the photo here to everyone that I am taking as my starting photo.

    Current Weight: 311.4 lbs

    Waist: 49 inches

    Hip: 65 inches

    Thigh: 35 inches

    Not exactly proud of those numbers in fact a bit ashamed of them. Looking forward to them going down and feeling better about myself and having a healthier life.

    Food goals: 1. To not eat dairy, changing to soy instead.

                       2. No chocolate

    Exercise goal: 1. To work out at least 3 days a week.
     

     Ok, so I changed my mind. I will add my photo here. It's not pretty it's nothing you'd want to see, but honestly it's all going to change. If the people on the biggest loser can do it, I can do it here. So this is my sideways not so attractive photo, taken in a manner so I can really see the weight loss.

    Hi Ray,

    Here is my starting information.... Sad as it is....

    Weight: 261.8 Lbs

    Hips: 59 inches

    Waist: 48 inches

    Thighs: 33 inches

     

    Good Luck to all. Tomorrow is our first excercise day!!!

    Goals for the week are:

    Cut out Chips and Crackers (my downfall) completely for at least 2 weeks to start.

    Cut out Soda as much as I can and Increase my Water intake.... I need caffiene periodically for migranes.

    Work out minimum of 3x per week with our new gym membership.

    Current Weight: 135kg ( an apparent gain on my scales but an apparent loss for Dr Cohen) weird huh?

    Waist: 150cm - across bellybutton right?

    Hips:139.5

    Thigh: 89cm

    What a disprovement i have made since last time!![:'(] 

     Goals)

    ELIMINATE the wanting to the minds feeling of 'wanting to nibble'

    Up the water to 3l a day (slipped back into 2ish)

    my two goals for the week 1. only drink 450mls milk daily (I can drink 2 litres non stop)

    Hello there Ray.  Is it too late to join now?  I can get my weight and measurements to you tonight but I do not have a digital camera.  Is it okay to join without a photo?  Otherwise, I could try taking a manual one and scan it to send to you.  Do you require a full length photo and is it front on or side on?  Sorry for all the questions.  I look forward to your reply.  Many thanks.

    Yes, that's just the email for sending out mass emails.

    Anyone that wants my email address should send me a PM. I won't put it up here because many spammers have programs that run through forums harvesting any email addresses so they can send you their cr*p.
