Waist: 49 inches
Hip: 65 inches
Thigh: 35 inches
Not exactly proud of those numbers in fact a bit ashamed of them. Looking forward to them going down and feeling better about myself and having a healthier life.
Food goals: 1. To not eat dairy, changing to soy instead.
2. No chocolate
Exercise goal: 1. To work out at least 3 days a week.
Ok, so I changed my mind. I will add my photo here. It's not pretty it's nothing you'd want to see, but honestly it's all going to change. If the people on the biggest loser can do it, I can do it here. So this is my sideways not so attractive photo, taken in a manner so I can really see the weight loss.
