    VLCD Breakfast Shake

This is another invention of mine that contains cohen friendly ingredients, however the exact amounts are only for my usage you can add more or less depending on how much of a shake you want.

175gm of low fat plain yoghurt

1 soft yellow peach-  could use any tyupe of soft fruit such as berries, any melons, banana.

1/3 cup or more of Sprite Zero

1 sugarine pill if wanting extra sweetness (I dont use it as the sprite and fruit i think is sweet enough)

Blend all together in a blender on high for a minute or more depending on your fruit.

You could also add ice to make it cooler if you want.

Fruit may not always blend well so i strain it into a glass to avoid the chunky bits (which are very few anyway).

    ENJOY

Lol, never would have thought of adding that!

Actually, I have a client that mixes 2L of orange juice and 2L of milk, then drinks it in 1 sitting. Well he used to! Devil2
