Thank you TF! Luffly to see you! It is a beautiful day here, the oldest is off at his basketball match, and I will take him and the middle one for a rollerskating lesson later, and then will drag myself off for a walk!
Todays food!
B: 2 slices toast with vegemite and cream cheese
L: 3 steamed dim sims with soy sauce
D: Veg hot pot, jelly and custrad
S: apple, 3 plums, yoghurt, peanuts
Excercise: 50 minute walk (5k)
In: 1147 Out: 237 (I htink it is more, bit hard to calculate)

Excellent Ray!!!! Now I know where to direct people who want them!!! It is above 30 degrees here and i SO did not want to walk, so I directed the fan at the tready, put on Criminal Intent, and did my 5ks there! A bit of flat, a bit of hill and a bit of jogging! VERY nice! I have ordered a knee strap, it sits below the knee and applies pressure, supposed to help with "jarring" type exercise. I hope it does!!!

Ended up changing my day a bit yesterday, deletng dinner and having a kit kat, bag of chips (small) and a choc top at the movies instead! Came in at 1151 cals for the day, so ade that my "cheat" day and am back to 1200 today! All excellent!!! Todays food B: Vanilla yoghurt L: Small slice of vegetable quiche D: Veg Hot pot (from last night!) S: Caramel and almond bar, small peice banana bread, apple, 3 plums Cals In :897. Hmmmm. Guessing I might change that apple to a smoothie later on or something! No exercise day today!!! so, why do I FEEL like i might take a walk? LOL!

Woke up this morning feeling tired! My oldest's birthday today, I cannot believe I have a nine year old..........
B: 2 weetbix, skim milk
L: toasted tuna, cheese, mayo and tomato sandwich (half can tuna, light mayo and reduced fat cheese, soy and linseed bread)
D: Chicken salad (grilled chicken with Cajun spices, lettuce, capsicum, tomatoes, celery) SMALL piece of birthday cake.
S: 10 rice crackers, tzatziki, 0.25 slice banana bread
OK, look at how those carbs have leapt back in today! OUCH. I can't
avoid the cake, my son would be devestated, but it will be THE smallest
piece.
Exercise: WATP Walk and Kick. I am meant to watch TBL while on the
treadmill, but my MIL is coming over and I am nt sure WHEN I will watch
it now!
In: 1074 Out: 344 (Might be less, I think) Wasn't it fun chatting and rubbing last night? LOL!
