We run an online challenge here, which is over halfway through, and there will be another one starting early in the new year. What are you currently doing with exercise & food?
My basic advice to you would be: walk every day for an hour, cut down processed foods, sugars, fats & salts, and drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Just by doing this you will begin to move the weight. Once you're able, engage in some form of weight training (at a gym, or there are exercises on this website that show you things you can do at home) 3 times a week.
