    The biggest losers were the

    1. Atkins Diet,

    2. CSIRO,

    3. Aussie diet,

    4. low GI,

    5. Liver Cleansing Diet.

The Atkins Diet was way out in front of the others but it seems most people didn't enjoy it. The next 3 were pretty similar, then the Liver Cleansing was last. It seems those on the Atkins and Liver Cleansing either loved or hated it (mostly hated), but the others seemed fairly positive.

I am surprised that more people didn't make a fuss about the preparation involved with The great Australian Diet though.

Personally, I enjoyed Atkins -- except for induction phase. Once you learn to get creative with your choices, then it's pretty easy. Even DH liked some of the food. Microwave

I've also done the Liver Cleansing Diet and it's pretty tough, especially in the middle bits. But -- really, to be honest, weight loss is supposed to be a byproduct of that one, NOT the initial reason to go on it. And yes, it DOES work if your liver is in strife like mine was.
