ahh buggah, im back in my journal again and my old weight loss bar has my previous figure at 94 kilos. I am 97 now and slowly m very slowly losing weight again. I have limited my junk food intake. This is my problem and I know it. I am a junk food addict PLUS I eat to excess to get some kind of warped high from being full after you are starving, yet I was never hungry because I always ate. It was just like smoking all over again. Well, this is my fourth week of back on healthy. I only eat multigrain bread(limited) no pasta, no rice, no potatoes, no chocolate, no chips, no take away( except for celbration things and calories are taken into my daily account) I am on 1400 cals a day, I find that any lower than that and my anaemia and other old ailments come back. I am carrying so much fluid its scarey and have to watch every ounce of salt I eat. I am hoping that will go down after I get to a lower weight.
I have my phone alarm set to remind me to drink water, yes, I am that hopeless at drinking water. So far i Managed 2 days of drinkiong 500ml of water in the whole month. I need to improve that I know. So in summary
My diet is great. I should be losing more weight for how well my diet is going. I attribute that to sendentary life style. I spent 3 days a week ago gutting my studio and refurbishing it and I didnt lose any weight but lost 3 inches around my waste and lost of excess fat around my shoulders.
So it must be my age also. 42 now and not so great at burning fat off. well not that 3 days of hard slog out of 4 weeks will burn much.
so again back to summary, more water, more exercise. its as simple as that.
im going to reflect on how easy that sounds and put it into action. First to formulate a solid routine and like my new healthy diet, STICK TO IT.
