Day 1
brought in and assebled 3 beds, furniture and repacks cupboard and draws in 2 rooms. I reckon thats a workout. Muscles are telling me so
ate brilliantly all day. first day after falling off the wagon is always the tuffest. all that withdrawing from sugar. fuel by anger, helped immensely to acheive such a goal hehe
Day 2
treadmill for 10 minutes on level 1 (P-5) GOOD GRIEF.this is a setting for obese people. well maybe an athletic obese person. walk walk walk at 6klm/hr, easy enuff, bit of a struggle but i have moved treadmill to family room so i can watch tv or look directly into garden and see pond and birds etc.
watching that booring morning show that replaced Bert newton then WHAM 7klm/hr, did that for 1 minute then adjusted back to 6, lungs burning a bit. did that for 2 minutes the WHAM 8klm/hr. did that for 30 seconds. OMG couldnt do it so made it go back to 6klm then it went back to 3klm an hour on its own then WHAM 9 k i l o m e t e r s p e r h o u r
I dont even think i can ride a bike that fasr. I made it to 29 seconds and hit the kill switch, ran to the tap and guzzled 2 glasses of water to releive the panting and dizziness.
damn those athletic obese people settings. think i will have to search for a setting that says" can barely jog let a lone run type obese"setting.
i like my set up though. treadmill has a good spot now. cept i have to mow my lawn now that i have to see it on a daily basis.

LATER got on the treadmill again and foind the really unfit obese program button. thatnk god it was too slow so i had to up the speed . 30 minutes 2.47 klm and my attention span lasted. woot
EVENING. Second day in a row food intake 1200. tomorrow will be a 1400 day, gotta eat red meat to ward off anaemia so im having beef. very successful day. now to get some semblance of my self esteem back.....
