Hey, We need some more comps. I don't know what we could do but something thats going to take us at least 3 weeks. The prize could be a FOH shirt or cap.

    Cheers Carol and Kori

It airs in the US on September 20 but not sure when it's on here. Won't be too much after that though

I'm with you Carol and Kori - I desperately need a helping hand. Even if it was just the three of us I'm keen!

    3 parts to it:

    1. weigh in once a week
    2. report total cardio exercise (in minutes)
    3. total strength/resistance/weight training in minutes for the week

How about it? We could run the challenge till the next official FOH BL thing starts.

    Wanna start on Monday 28th?

    Re: Comps.

We could do the monthly cardio challenge again...it's only a few days until September.  Or we could do a weekly cardio challenge?  I got slack around the end of the July one and I need something to get back on track.

There doesn't even have to be a prize...as long as we all achieve something out of it I guess we'll all win one way or another.

sounds good. weigh in mondays. (btw it will mostly be me as mums getting over asthma attacks) report exercise in minutes every day.

since its monday i guess i should start ey.

    weight:85ish.

cardio:total of probably 30 minutes with walking around school and stuff. Then 45minutes doing the total walk away the pounds express, miles 1 & 2.
