From now on, if you feel sad I want you to go for a walk. If you feel happy, I want you to go for a walk. If you feel angry I want you to go for a walk.
And you know why? Because it's a positive way to attack lifes problems. Too often we fall into the rut of doing negative things (smoking, over-eating, drinking) when we feel down and it only makes you feel worse. You can go for a walk, then you know you've done something positive for yourself.
