    Jane on Sunday!

    Did great yesterday, almost perfect food and a decent spot of exercise!

    I am taking the kids to Hedgend Maze today. It is a massive grass maze, and they have free face painting, jumping castle plus not free fairy floss and a sausage sizzle. $10 each, so not too bad, and I figure a decent way for the kids to spend the final day of the school holidays. Will be a tad sad without Chris, though! Last heard from he was at Heathrow, enroute home, in search of a power point before  his laptop battery gave in!

    LOVELY day here today, too. Good for the soul!

    UGH

    Feeling most unwell today................... Not even the belgian chocolates are tempting me.........................

    My guess is I won't be doing much today, and won't be eating much, either..................

    I have to figure out some tready intervals using incline, because my knee is not happy..................... AND get the OK from the remedial massage guy about boxing. I am really dissapointed about the jogging, because i was over the moon with my progress, and was really enjoying it, too. Gosh, I am inspiting, am I not? LOL!

    On the improve..............

    Finally...........

    Saw my massage guy today, he has done wonders, so he can be my friend! I am very happy, and only a little bit sore.

    Food has been good, but I have not moved my butt all week. Which is annoying me! But when I do much I have felt like I have motion sickness! The kids have karate tonight, so I might try a walk then.....................

    Took my intervals outside. More walking than jogging, average HR over the half hour was 141. Was purple and got sprung by a school Mum..............

    Monday.

    OK, busy mad day today! I have already been to the shops for swimming goggles, and the chiropractor (YAYAY!!! My ass is GREAT!). Plus I have had coffee with a friend and come home again! 2 loads of washing are done, one left to dry! I am about to get off here and clean 2 bathrooms, then vaccuum and mop the entire house (might not mop the carpet!), before I do the ironing! Later, once the kids get home, I will get on the treadmill. Not allowed to do anything too harsh after a chiro appt, but walking is hardly harsh!

    We had a big family get together yesterday, plus I was out for brunch in the morning, so I had pretty sad choices to choose from, although I took masses of fruit in the afternoon. When I came home, I honestly wrote down all I had eaten, and it reached 1950 calories, which I was not THAT unhappy with. BUT it was a great way to really see what ARE good options when out at places that only offer finger type foods! In retrospect, the pinwheels were a very bad idea, as was the lemon slice, but the sandwich, fruits and iced vovo, not so bad! LOL!

    It can be done but you will have to be dedicated?

     

    And disciplined to avoid the pre Christmas temptations.

     

    How much have you lost in the last 10 weeks?

    Nup, not too personal, Don! aprox 3kg, maybe a bit more? And why? Because I have been stuffing around, making excuses. I HAVE progressed, I don't beat myself up so much now, I recognise my achievements, I am back into regular exercise. i shop better. I could go on and on, but the one thing I have kept going, although alot less, has been the excuses. No more. I want to do this, and I have the support and the tools to do this. If I don;t do it, it will be because *I* did not do it and no other reason.

    But certainly a positive attitude will not do any harm.
