Have fun, Kaz!!!!!! I am always kind to Trev!!! Got up, had 2 scrambled eggs for brekky (can I just say how fast, easy,
tasty and filling that is?) then walked to the gym and back to do a
Yoga class. Two hours of good exercise, done! We are sitting her
debating about going out for lunch! It would be great, to go somewhere
nice!!!! I am plugging for Warrandyte, it is a lovely day for that!!!!
I LOVE school holidays........................... So relaxing and fun!

Gees, do I need a prescription to get that feeling??! I've already got 'children fatigue'!!! Had half the street's kids up here today might have something to do with it...

Sorry Lorna, but there was NO sarcasm for once, I truly LOVE the holidays! and yes, i am weird! A great Spring day today!!!! I was up at 6.15am, hanging out washing,
as it was simply too nice to be in bed! Dh thought i had finally
cracked I am sure! We are, I think, forcast for some rain later though.
The kids and I have gone nuts and done masses of spring cleaning, THEY
are glad it is over, but it was really nice to be doing stuff together.
We picked up all the toys in the back yard, swept paths, weeded paving,
scrubbed decking, wiped outside tables and chairs, hung out more
washing, emptied bins, cleaned bathrooms and the kitchen! Phew! Oh, and
they have tidied PROPERLY their rooms! Nice to sit back now with a
coffee, I must say! Can't believe it was all done by 10.30am!!!
Now all I am waiting for is the washing to dry, so I can fold it and
put it away, I have ironing to do, dinner to cook and 2 banana cakes to
make, and freeze.
I shall also get on Trev for half an hour later! Yay me!
Food has been great, even last night, where we had no "meal" as such,
just a nibble of this and that, I tracked the calories and hit about
1350 for the day. Which was kick ass considering we ate out!
Chris leaves for Belgium on Saturday, starting to feel a bit sad. It
must be easier in some ways to be glad to get rid of a husband, LOL!

Go Lorna!!!! Nice to clean out, isn't it? Ray, he is FAR too excited about the beers! I HAVE pointed out to him that his hotel has a HUGE gym, that looks great, but I suspect he will not go near it! He was in Hong Kong for 12 weeks once, and actually DID use the gym, but their beer is not so good! Whereas when he worked in the UK for 12 weeks, he gained TEN KILOS from the beer!!!! He drops it once he gets back on his bike, thankfully! I have tactfully mentioned that I am not keen on him returning home with lots of Belgian Chockies, because everyone has been telling him to buy lots for his wife, and it would be a nightmare. It is now pouring here, and we are stuck inside. Getting a bit cstir crazy! I heard back from a friend who ran the bridge run on the weekend. 15 weeks ago she struggled to run 500m, and she did the 9k in 1hr and 2 minutes, so she is stoked! (She was one of the ones in Newcastle, Raymondo!) I am really happy for her! AND it makes me more determined to get on Trev later!

Took the kids to pottery this morning and spent two hours getting
little things done, so I would not have to drag them around to lots of
shops etc! Came home, had chicken and salad rolls for lunch! They are
playing Nintendo while I am online, and later I will be getting on
Trev, and I really am looking forward to it, I need to do something
physical.
I gained 0.8 this week, yay me! LOL! We had white rice last night, and
dinner was salty, so it is not a good day to weigh in, but such is
life. I mentioned the "two steps forward, one step back" thing earlier
this week, but I am definitely on the forward roll today. I found it
very hard ot find "good" things for my journalling last night, which
kind of frightened me, actually. It menas two things. 1. I am coming
down hard on myself, and not allowing myself to feel good about what I
DO that is good, and 2. I am in danger of going back to my negative
mode. And I am not letting that happen, because this time I am aware of
it, and cna therefore make changes to stop it!

Going fine...................... BUSY! Took the kids for haircuts, then
to visit Old Nan. Took her Mc Donalds Fries and thickshake, the kids
had them too. I had apple slices and a Diet Coke and did not feel at
all like I was missing out, fabulous to report!
Am about to clean the kitchen and then check on the washing, before I get on Trev, and a few other things.
We have a friends son coming to play tomorrow, his Dad has just come
home after brain surgery, so they are pretty housebound. He is a
handful, but it will be fine. I will get the exercise in tomorrow
morning, as I know I will be monitoring them in the afternoon!

When you get up early!!!! LOL!
It is only 10.12am, and we are all up, dressed and the house is under
control. We have been to the shops for veggies and fruit, retunred
DVD's, come home and put the shopping away. The kids have been playing
outside, and I have just done some time on Trev! (5 minutes at 5kph, 6
minutes jog at 7kph, 3 mins walk at 6kph,6 minutes jog at 7kph, 3 mins
walk at 6kph,6 minutes jog at 7kph, 3 mins walk at 6kph, 4 minutes at
5kph) So I sit here, all swaety and euphoric! LMAO. And strangely, I
found myself waiting for the walk bits to be over, so I could jog. And
I decided, I was not simply waiting, I was actually looking forward to
them................
Have to take Amy Rose to her friends at 11am, then home for lunch, and
at 1.30pm I have to go collect Zacs friend and josh's friend for the
afternoon. Josh's buddy is here for dinner, and they have chosen hot
dogs. I am glad to say I have salmon risotto leftovers for me!
Did I mention life is good???????????

And what a LOVELY one it is! Sunny and warm here in Melbourne, just divine!
Ended up having a great day health wise yesterday, although I had to
ward off the evils last night as I watched TV. I actually went to the
fridge, opened it, and then said (out loud!) "NO! What the hell?" I was
not hungry, I was TIRED. So it may not seem much, but for me to
actually identify the emotion/feeling I was about to cover up with
food, well that is massive. I shut the fridge, sat back down and
watched TV, sort of shell shocked! LMAO! And the whole evening I kept
thinking about getting up and snacking, but never did. Then I went to
bed early and slept, which sensibly is what you SHOULD do with
tiredness! :)
Chris has the car today, as he has to bring home the stuff he needs to
take to Belgium, so we are having a home day, which I am beyond happy
about! I have washing on the line, will have ironing to do, dinner to
cook, and I will have Trev to do, also. I am not in the mood to
exercise, as much as I am feeling upbeat. Not sure what is the deal
with that. Maybe it is the head getting in the way, as in, "You won
last night, so you can slacken off today"? So I WILL get on Trev
later!!!!
Chris leaves at 11.00amish tomorrow, :( Anyone wanna come and keep me
company? LOL!!! I will be fine, I like my space, just in the past I
have filled it with food, so BIG challenge that I will be beating this
time.

Took Dh to the airport this morning, which sucks, as I hate airport goodbyes, and seeing my 10 yo son so sad was heartbreaking......... We bought lunch there, the kids had Hungry Jacks, Chris and I had Nandos. I had a veggie pita, and I have a suspicion is was deep fried, would that be right????? 418 calories, and I thought i was doing so well! LOL! I caved as we left and the kids and I all had Krispy Kreme donut each, God they are AWFUL!!!! I threw most of mine away, so good am I not??? LOL! The kids liked them, no accounting for taste, si there? I am exhausted and have a headache after the driving etc, but I still want to get on Trev later so I hope the head eases. I dont mind so much being tired, but not the headache................. Anyhow, on we go............................
