Had a topsy turby week, went to Ben Harper concert (which was fabulous!) and so before the concert had half a gourmet pizza and ended up having the other half after the concert. I induldged in way too much chocolate over the last week - so realistically I should have put on weight, although I did notice that the chocolate is not starting to agree with me, so perhaps thats why, but even still - not knocking it though, just weird how when you put so much effort in one week and lose little and do everything bad the following week and get greater gains - obviously that will not last, need to be good this week.
