    Re: wednesday

    Hey Jane,

Wow 1.9kgs in one week that was huge. sorry have just read your journal and am v impressed with that. i normally can't drop more than 0.2 - 0.5kgs a week. i see your scales are misbehaving.... thats it, send them to the naughty corner.

Well just remember any loss is a good loss. Some weeks you may even stay the same but the main thing is that you have maintained a healthy lifestyle, you have not put on weight and you will have increased your fitness. Its also been a hot week so keep in mind tom how much water you drink b4 you hop on those scales.

Well keep up the good work.

    Freaky Friday!!!!!!

    Thanks ladies!

Weigh in, 0.3 off. Ah well, better off than on. NOT dwelling on this. So, that makes me a lovely 95.8kg.

Carol, I am normally a mega slow loser, so last weeks was good, possibly due to less carbs, but then again I did less carbs again this week........... But yes, I AM improving my fitness!!! Woooohoooo!

Todays food is basically the same as yesterdays, as is the exercise. DH has gone away for 3 days to judge a brewing comp, so I made enough chicken to have the Thai chicken salad 3 days running, at which point I will need a change! LOL!

Did the intervals at 8.30am this morning, the second the kids had gone for school, while Zac was placated with Play School (I got to watch QWithout A Trace!!) . Lala, I DO love them............ I got a new Knee strap, but I keep forgetting to wear it! I will go NOW and hang it from the Tready!!!

    seedy saturday

Feel like a dogs brekky today...................

Dragged the 3 kids to basketball at 8.50am, it got cancelled thanks to power blackout. THANKS! I was feeling revolting, so I was happy to come home and chuck on daggy clothes! I feel OK if I sit still, (hence trawling the net) and as DH is away this weekend, we are going to have a very slow day I think.

Isn't it funny how your mind plays such a powerful role??? The kids and I were making up lolly bags for their parties next weekend, and there were a few things left over. I ate a choc bear and 4 choc eclairs, and felt REALLY guilty. You know, the good old "You idiot, what are you doing? Ah well, you've f'ed the day up now" kind of thing. Took that deep breath, came on here, looked at Calorie King, and you know what? 154 calories does not destroy the day!!!!

B: 2 weet bix, skim milk

    L: ham and salad roll

    D: Chicken salad

    S: aforementioned lollies, yoghurt, banana

    In: 1039

Excercise: Depends on my sick feeling. Hope to do intervals from Ray's Walk to run program.

    Re: Much better Monday!

Hi Jen! I just posted about te DVD! I really like it, think it will be a regular part of my workouts, actually!!!

Oh, and I wish I HAD lost heaps, but I am still getting rid of the gains over Christmas! I was sack, but my head is back in the right spot!

As for the food, I am NOT hungry. I am certain my portions had crept WAY back up before, and I was eating wihtout thinking! I try and ahve a protein based snack if I am hungry and fruit does not do the job, like a slice of cheese, that seems to do the trick!

    Therapeudic Tuesday!

    Thanks TF!!!!

B: Balanced right cereal with a Weet Bix and skim milk
L: Pita bread with roast beef, greated cheese, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki
D: Crumbed fish and steamed veggies (No spuds for me! Can't really de-crumb the fish, it is frozen crap that needs to be eaten)
S: SMALL piece banana bread, apple, yoghurt

Excercise: 30 minutes at 6kph on the tready

    In: 1043 Out: 172

Have to limit the exercise for 48 hrs, just been to the chiro, which was EXCELLENT!

Dropped into the gym this morning to see what my options are. I am REALLY frustrated by my rotator cuff (I go for a week, then it is buggered for 2!), so I took a breath and asked what I could do (thinking, can I cancel my membership!). I am really glad I did, the lady I spoke with quietly asked who did my program, and then said, "OOOOOOKay!" LOL! So I now have an appt with a guy on Usnday morning who is the one that deals with rehab members and has been in the field for YEARS, apparently. It really pays to be honest, doesn't it?
