    Nikki's Back to Kick some butt :)

    Ok back and ready for some action.

    I will post a pic a bit later.  My current weight is 89 kilos.  I have lost 4 kilos in the last month I would say, now i'm going to keep track.

    My goals are. 

    5 walks a week.

    Weight training, after 20 mins of cardio. x 5 times a week.

    Drink my bloody 8 glasses of water a day.  (Thats a tough one 4 me)

    To check in here each night and record what has been eaten and what exercise.

    I vow to be 100% honest.

    Measurments and weight will be recorded once a week.

    Ok see u sometime tomorrow.

    Ok Saturdays food intake was ( i just wasnt hungry )

    1 apple, glass of water.

    1 white coffee with 2 sugars

    2 slices of toast with marg, sardines and tomato, 1 glass of water

    1 white coffee with 2 sugars, 4 individual squares of chocolate.

    1 chicken enchilada, with 1 cup of rice, 1 glass of water

    1 cup of strawberry yogurt icecream.

    2 glasses of water between dinner and bed.

    Water intake was 5 glasses.

    Exercise: Housework,  20 mins of wii fit, 10 mins of weight training.

    Sundays food intake:

    1 glass water, 1 cup of white coffee with 2 sugars

    1 omellette, with ham, 2 minute noodles, capsicum and a dash of cheese. 1 glass water.

    1 white coffee with 2 sugars  and 2 biscuits.

    1 glass water.

    1 cup each of rice and curry mince for dinner, 1 glass of water.

    1 cup of strawberry yogurt frozen icecream. 

    1 glass of water.

    Water intake: 5 glasses.
