Well...today I was at work and we were all talking about how much we loved playing sports when we were younger(i'm a lot bigger than my work mates) and then and there it hit me - I want to go back to the body I use to have when i played sport. First thing I did when i got home today was go to the grocery store and bought lots of fruit and healthier foods.
I then jumped onto google and typed in "weight loss diets" and came across this site and I'm loving it. I'm 20 years old and have decided I'm over being over wieght, i'm going to crack down on it - so yea, just wanting t osay HI :)
Any weight loss tips would be appreciated
