I know I am a slacker. I am back though because I still need you guys. Hows everyone doing? are all the oldies thin yet or are you like me and got thinner, then fatter and now trying to get thin again. I am on my fourth week of healthy living. I went from 94 kilos when I lost all the weight with you guys in the beginning, then up to 104 and I said to myself "SELF! this has to STOP" So after 4 weeks I am back down to 97 and I am also back here to be accountable. Im going to read up on all the new peoples and the oldies to get back in the loop of where you are all at. I hope you all did better than I did. Im not gonna rag on myself though because self berating is a negative. I look at it like my quit smoking attempts. it took me 3 - 4 tries and finally I did it. Each failure was an education on how to succeed the next time.
So anyway darlings HELLO AGAIN!!!
