Having a great time on holiday here in sunny St Helens watching the rain come down!
My niece and here partner are participating in a Full Triathlon to raise funds for servicemen and women seriously injured in action (Iraq and Afghanisthan), it's a charity very close to Julies heart as she did a tour of duty in Iraq in the early days of the war.
